1. Copyright Infringement

SendFiles.in respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service.

2. Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any material on our site or shared through our service infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated agent. Your notice should contain:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement that the information provided is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act.

3. Takedown Actions

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove the infringing material from our servers. Please note that since we automatically delete all files after 24-48 hours, most infringing material will be removed from our system shortly through our standard purging cycle anyway.
